​How Do I Place An Order?

 

The products shown on this site are part of Tupperware's latest catalogue and/or latest sales flyer. They are provided here just to highlight some of the current specials and some of the items I really like and use. I have a website through Tupperware that I use for customer's who like to order online. If you see something that you like please head to this personal link to purchase. The link contains Tupperware's complete Fall and Winter Catalogue whereas this site does not. In the event of a discrepancy between an item shown here and the Tupperware site, the Tupperware item and price will be considered  the correct price.  Every attempt is made to be accurate but hey, I 'm human! Each item shown on this site has the stock number provided for easy reference. You can also search for the item you want by name in the Tupperware site by clicking on the Magnifier glass icon.   Here is the link to my personal site.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with every Tupperware® product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase of Tupperware® products, you can return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment.

Tupperware's Guarantees and Warranties

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please call Customer Care toll-free at 1-800-TUPPERWARE (1-800-887-7379) or submit a warranty request online at Tupperware.com/warranty for free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will be made, or credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subject to shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

 

QUALITY WARRANTY

Products marked with the Q symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1-800-TUPPERWARE (1-800-887-7379) or submit a warranty request online at Tupperware.com/warranty within 1 year for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subject to shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.

 

30-DAY WARRANTY

Products designated with the G symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include chipping or breakage of glass or china items due to dropping. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care at 1-800-TUPPERWARE (1-800-887-7379) or submit a warranty request online at Tupperware.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Warranty replacement items or parts will be subject to shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
